Terms of service
Reservation
A reservation is confirmed when the signed agreement and the 50% deposit are received. The pet is then removed from sale for you.
Balance and hand-over
The balance is due before the pet leaves the breeder. Delivery is quoted and agreed separately.
Cancellation by you
Up to 7 days after the reservation the deposit is refunded in full. After that it is refunded if we can place the pet with another family.
Cancellation by us
If the pet cannot travel for health or force majeure reasons, every amount paid is refunded within 14 days.
Breeding rights
Pets are sold as companions unless breeding rights are agreed in writing. Companion dogs and cats may be neutered before departure where this is the breeder's policy.
